A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2017, around 14:49, the Defendant forced indecent act committed an indecent act by force against the victim E (n, 28 years of age) who sets goods on the third floor of the “D” store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by exposing his/her own hand as he/she sets out his/her her her son’s son’s son.

Around October 17:00 on October 6, 2016, the Defendant embezzled the property that was occupied by another person without following necessary procedures, such as discovering a small camera in the shape of a small-sized camera, the market price of which was lost and returning it to the victim, by a person who suffers damage to his/her name at the neighboring parking lot in the Defendant’s residence located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I.

Around October 13, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (using and photographing cameras, etc.) merely expressed a female victim’s name unsatisfying in the name of the subway 7 line K station platform located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J around October 14 and 22, 2016 as “ female students” on the record, and there is no evidence to verify his age.
