A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for fifteen years.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[Judgment of conviction] The Defendant served as a visiting professor in the D University Tourism Department from September 1, 2013 to D University Tourism Department, and served as an assistant professor from March 1, 2014.

On March 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 10,00 to the victim E (ma, 21 years of age) who is a student student of the above university as an individual teaching assistant, and subsidized educational affairs. On May 2014, the Defendant requested the above E to re-preparation of school affairs-related documents on the ground of his/her neglect of duties, but received a demand to change the level of urgency from E, and upon dismissal of E, demanded the Defendant to return part of the Defendant’s class materials and task items stored, and the Defendant’s class materials and task items paid to him/her.

On June 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the 2 engineering museum No. 424 of the above university; (b) opened the entrance door to E; and (c) demanded E to keep the said hard disc returned; and (d) on the same day, E reported to the above university’s school register to the effect that “the Defendant detained the Defendant, cut off his cell phone, cut off his cell phone, and abused violent language; and (b) on the other hand, the Defendant refused to make a proposal for reconciliation on the side of the school.”

On June 2014, the Defendant heard the speech that the foregoing dispute continues in the course of the interview with the school related persons, which would make it difficult to be re-appointed, and tried to restore the honor of the Defendant and maintain the teaching post by making a complaint against E.

On September 2, 2014, the Defendant filed a complaint with the F District Prosecutors’ Office to the effect that “E has removed or threatened to remove or leak the above hard disc,” and that “E has damaged its reputation by “componing or threateninging the Defendant” from the above university’s school register.
