A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 21, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “I will sell money in accordance with I’s bulletin board using a mobile phone from the Dongdaemun-gu Gestel H of Seoul metropolitan city prior to North Korea.” Around November 21, 2018, the Defendant reported and contacted the text to the victim J.J that “I will send money if you transfer money.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the rule even if he receives money without holding the above rule.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 45,00 as the price for goods from the victim to the K Association deposit account (L) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim, and received KRW 3,567,00 in total from October 14, 2018 to March 4, 2019 in the manner described in the attached Table 1, as shown in the attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

around February 23, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I will sell money in accordance with I’s bulletin board using a mobile phone in the Seocho-gu G Publically announced Tele-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City),” and that “I will send money if you transfer money” to the victim M who reported and contacted the statement.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the rule even if he receives money without holding the above rule.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 68,00 as the price for goods from the victim to the K Association deposit account (L) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received KRW 28,000 from around that time to March 11, 2019 total amount of KRW 283,00 from the victims in the following manner:

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
