Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,00,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court on January 23, 2007, and a fine of KRW 1,50,000 for the same crime from the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on March 17, 2010, and driving B vehicle.

On January 8, 2013, at around 23:52, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km from the front edge of the Gandong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Tridong to the front edge of the Gandong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 453 Sik sand reporting and the front edge of the Gandong-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
