The defendant is a person who drives a B knife vehicle.

On September 4, 2013, at around 22:25, the Defendant driven the blood alcohol concentration of 0.110% as the above vehicle with approximately approximately KRW 600 meters from the New Month of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul to the upper end of 94-1, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
