1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 58,98,109 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 22, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Indication of claim: The defendant shall issue to the plaintiff one promissory note (139,00,000 won per face value, issue date on November 15, 2007; the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the place of payment; the date of payment; the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the place of payment; the date of payment; the issuer A and the payee New Stock Company); and the plaintiff shall lend KRW 139,00,000 from the plaintiff to pay KRW 80,001 among them; and shall claim KRW 58,98,109 (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
