Punishment of the crime

No person of "2014 Highest 2086 (Defendants)" shall sell foods which are manufactured, processed, subdivided or subdivided by any person, other than business operators, or foods which do not meet the standards or specifications, or manufacture, store, subdivide or transport foods for sale.

Defendant A received KRW 2.5 million per month from the person in unsound name and received KRW 2.5 million per month from the person in unsound name and divided the amount of KRW 1 million per month from the Defendant to the Defendant.

1. On July 1, 2014, the Defendants supplied “E” with a name-free person and sold “E” to F by door-to-door sales of “E” 70, and sold to 1,173 persons in total as shown in attached Table 1 from around that time to September 22, 2014, the Defendants sold “E” 26,379, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 232,135,200, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. On September 23, 2014, the Defendants, in collusion with the name weak, stored 25 copies (3,860), “E” in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, G, 136, and “E” (3,860) for sale.

As a result, the Defendants sold or stored for sale food that is manufactured by a person other than a business operator in collusion with a name-free person and failed to meet the standards and specifications.

No person of "2015 Highest 12 (Defendant A)" shall sell foods manufactured, processed or subdivided by any person, other than business operators, or foods containing chemical synthetic compounds, the standards or specifications of which are not publicly announced, or store, subdivide or transport such foods for sale.
