Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is a defendant A shall use a racing conducted by a marina society for gambling;

On March 23, 2009, the Defendant: (a) delivered the unregistered money to the private horse horse operator (tentatively referred to as the “Center”) and the purchaser; (b) purchased the private horse tickets; and (c) took advantage of the existing rate of distribution, after the racing was finished, 20,000,000 won was a new bank account (Account Number J) in the name of the Defendant’s private horse racing account in accordance with the predetermined rate of distribution.

From around July 24, 201, the Defendant purchased a private horse riding by remitting the total amount of KRW 310,760,000 to the national bank account (Account Number K) in the name of the private horse racing account, which is used by the private horseing B, from around that time to July 24, 2011 as shown in the attached list No. 1 of the crime day list, and used money to obtain pecuniary profits by receiving 20% of the purchase price of the horse riding in return for refund.

2. No person, other than Defendant B-ma society, shall commit any act similar to the riding voting, in connection with a racing conducted by the marina society, which gives property or financial benefits to the enemy.

The defendant, in collusion with the person who is not injured in his name, plays the role of the private light news center (general responsibility) that sells the right to speak in his name, and the defendant decided to recruit marina buyers and act as a similar horse by entrusting the title rolling (solicitation) to the center in which certain commission is paid.

The defendant, on March 23, 2009, intends to purchase a private horse ticket with respect to horse racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association.
