Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From October 6, 2012 to November 25, 2012, Defendant A opened the cyber money and deposited KRW 4,770,000 via a bank account (Account Number G) in the name of business company F, a operating account, which was operated by D, etc. at the Internet private scambing site in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City from the point of view of the trade inscambs, and purchased a private horse ticket for the racing conducted in a marina society using it.

2. 3. From October 5, 2012 to November 25, 2012, the Defendant deposited KRW 4,150,000 on 23 occasions via a bank account (Account Number G) in the name of a company in the name of F, a operating account, which was operated by D, etc., by accessing the Internet private land site operated by Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City from the cross-disception area, at the seat of the interdisception area, and purchased a private horse ticket for the racing conducted in a marina society by using it.
