On October 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.103% while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.103% at the 60-12 degree from the Central Park in Ansan-ro, 149, in the city of Ansan-ro, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.103%, as he/she was under the influence of alcohol level of 60-12, as he/she was under the influence of alcohol level of 149.
