Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence), etc. in Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on May 28, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 10, 2014.

이에 피해자가 “형님, 이 돈은 수술비라서 안됩니다.”라고 거절하자 피고인은 “야! 씹할놈아, 나를 못 믿냐, 줘봐 갚아준다니까, 이! 씹할놈이 사람을 못 믿어 아 ”라고 욕설을 섞어가며 돈을 송금하라고 윽박질러 만일 피해자가 이에 불응하면 어떠한 위해를 가할 것처럼 겁을 주어 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자로부터 제일은행 D 계좌로 30만 원을 송금 받아 이를 갈취하였다.
