Punishment of the crime

[Defendant B’s criminal records] On June 19, 2013, Defendant B was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on August 27, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 27, 2013. On September 18, 2014, Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 12, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

Defendant A except for Defendant H: (a) is a person operating substantially U, an enterprise investing in an overseas futures of erof X (EurX) that forecasts the exchange rate fluctuation of eromosomes and undersperication in the second floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul S building (on July 2013, 2013, before the beginning of the 4 and 8th floor of the building in Gangdong-gu), who is the representative of the above enterprise and manages the personnel team, trading team as the chief of the headquarters; (b) Defendant C is an employee as the chief of the personnel team of the above enterprise; (c) Defendant C is a person in charge of the employment of investors, management of investment amount, and other accounting affairs; (d) Defendant E is a person in charge of the futures team as the chief of the futures team; and (e) Defendant F is a person in charge of the management and supervision of the futures team as the chief of the personnel team of the above company; and (e) Defendant F is a person working at the place of work of the futures company;

No person who violates the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising Business without obtaining any authorization or permission, making any registration or report, etc. under Acts and subordinate statutes, shall engage in the business of fund-raising under the agreement to pay the whole amount of principal or any amount in excess thereof to many and unspecified persons in the future;
