Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On October 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a habitual group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Incheon District Court on the grounds that the sentence was terminated on July 29, 2016.

[2] On December 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the victim, i.e., the victim E (the victim E (the victim 30 years of age) who fested drinking at the main point of “D” located in Incheon around 17:10 on December 25, 2017, on the ground that the Defendant flasing alcohol at the main point of “D”; (b) took a bath to the victim; and (c) took a dispute with the victim; (d) was flading the victim’s face by killing the ethth of the said main point; and (e) flading the victim’s head with the eth of the victim’s hair; and (e) flading the victim’s face one time with the victim’s face taken one time by drinking the victim’s face.

1. A crime committed on June 21, 2018;

A. From around 14:00 on June 21, 2018 to around 16:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim G (70 years of age) located on the Incheon Bupyeong-gu F and the fifth floor, by demanding the damaged person to leave from the above Gosiwon’s office, and by demanding the victim to leave from the above Gosiwon’s office, the Defendant committed assault.

B. On June 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 on June 21, 2018, at the above Gosiwon, appealed from the demand of the victim to leave the Gosiwon; (b) collected fire extinguishers, which is a dangerous object to the door of the Gosiwon’s office; and (c) damaged the above door, which is the next victim’s possession, by several times, to cover repair costs.

On June 21, 2018, the Defendant came to the immediately preceding announcement board around 18:23, 2018, when receiving a request from the injured party to leave the office, and the Defendant left all the 132 animals, but entered the said announcement board through an open entrance with good mind, and then opened an office door which was locked by an emergency key to the window of the office.
