1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 22, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the non-party Korea Light Drug Co., Ltd. had a claim of KRW 7,77 million against the defendant, and the plaintiff was transferred KRW 50,000 out of the above claims from Han Han Light on January 13, 2014, and the above Han Light Medicine notified the defendant thereof.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50,000,000 won with 20% interest per annum from April 22, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning.
