1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 21, 201 to the date of full payment.

On December 20, 2010, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50 million to Defendant B on December 20, 201, with the repayment date of KRW 30% per annum, and Defendant C guaranteed the obligation of the Plaintiff under the above Defendant B on December 20, 201; there is no dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendant; and between the Plaintiff and the Defendant C, it is recognized by the respective statements in subparagraphs 1 through 5.

According to the above facts, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 50,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 30% per annum under the agreement between the parties from December 21, 201 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the repayment date.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
