Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of a motor vehicle Bing agreement.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall not change course when it is likely to impede the normal traffic of other motor vehicles, except in extenuating circumstances, such as the prevention of danger, etc., nor shall he/she drive any motor vehicle rapidly, and shall not drive any motor vehicle in distress that threatens or inflicts any harm on other persons or causes any danger to traffic continuously or repeatedly.

Nevertheless, at around 06:50 on October 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) operated the cambling agreement vehicle in front of the camburg in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, along the three-lanes; (b) was likely to obstruct the normal passage of the camburging vehicle that is driven by the victim C with the four-lanes; (c) was changed the course to the four-lanes of the above camburg without using a direction device; and (d) did not inevitable cases, such as the prevention of danger that the victim would continuously turn on the camburg; and (d) the camburg operated the steering system and the brake system to avoid drilling in order to avoid drilling; and (e) was stopped by the victim of the camburging at 180 degrees in the reverse direction.

As a result, the defendant committed a violation of the duty of prohibition of career change and the duty of prohibition of rapid operation, thereby threatening the victim and causing danger to traffic.
