Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B with detached motor vehicles.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall not cause any noise that damages other persons by repeatedly or continuously sounding the horn without justifiable grounds, and shall not change the course when it is likely to impede normal traffic, and shall not drive any scamb that threatens or endanger other persons or causes danger to traffic repeatedly or repeatedly.
