Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

The defendant is a doctor who works as the director of the division in Gangnam-si D's area E.

Around 09:00 on July 14, 2014, the Defendant provided outpatient medical treatment to the victim netF (39 years old) who applied to an emergency room while complaining of the symptoms of the heart pain and the upper part of the body, around 07:24 on the same day.

Around 09:00 on July 14, 2014, the Defendant provided an outpatient medical examination to the victim, while providing an outpatient examination and treatment to the victim, and became aware of the fact that the victim was in an emergency room at a new wall time twice before five days before the victim complained of her chest pain, etc., the Defendant was immediately aware that he/she could immediately verify the relevant emergency room’s medical records and the result of the examination conducted on July 13, 2014, and was aware that he/she could have a heart disease to the victim and that he/she should conduct an in-depth surgery for a precise diagnosis and transfer the victim to the Gangseo-si Busan Hospital, etc., which is a higher medical institution equipped with a more specialized medical system for the heart disease (E is also necessary to verify the results of the examination and treatment conducted by the Defendant on July 13, 2014, despite the lack of specialized medical care and treatment facilities for the heart disease, and thus, the result of the examination and treatment conducted by the Defendant is entirely necessary.
