1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties are those operating the Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) located in 145-ro 1, 145, Gowon-gun, Jong-gun, Gangwon-gun, and the Plaintiff A is the deceased’s spouse, Plaintiff B, C, and D of the deceased who died after being treated at the Defendant Hospital (hereinafter “the deceased”).

B. Around 18:34 on September 20, 2015, the Deceased’s medical staff at the Defendant Hospital and the Defendant Hospital’s medical staff at the Defendant Hospital. Around 18:34 on September 20, 2015, the Deceased complained of the heading of the chest, pains, pains, and drums, etc., and applied to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital via the 119 Emergency Team. 5 The medical team of the Defendant Hospital attempted to insert the engine in order to maintain the deceased’s attitude while executing the heart site as above, but failed, and the medical team of the Defendant Hospital via the mountain stek.
