A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2015, at around 18:15, the Defendant reported that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the second floor of the Seongbuk-gu apartment building B apartment building B, Sungwon-gu, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, the second floor of the 112th floor, and sent to the police officer affiliated with the police box of the Changwon-gu, Police Station D, who called, “I am under the influence of this ringer, Nice, and I am under the influence of this ringer, I am under the influence of this ringer’s face and chest, and F am under the influence of the police box.”
