A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and C have collected entertainment expenses by intrusion into soup room and thefting mobile phones and paying small amount of money with stolen mobile phones.
1. On April 24, 2016, in order to steal another person’s mobile phone, the Defendant and C intruded into the 4th floor of the F building in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, on April 24, 2016, which is managed and owned by the victim in a frying room. From around 01:45 to 06:30 on the same day, the Defendant and C discovered the victim D who was divingd in the above frying room, and the Defendant reported the network around the region, and the Defendant had a mobile phone of 200,000 won at the market price of the victim owned by the victim.
As a result, the Defendant invadedd with C soup and stolen mobile phones jointly.

As a result, the defendant invadedd with C soup, and stolen mobile phones and motor vehicles jointly.
3. On April 27, 2016, in order to steal another person’s mobile phone, the Defendant and C, who committed the crime against the victim J, intruded into a soup room managed and owned by the influencer of the victim’s name in Boan-si, Boan-si, Boan-si on April 27, 2016, and locked a mobile phone in the above soup room.
