A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On September 16, 201, the Defendant leased “FF” hotel 1231 in Jung-gu, Seoul to the guest room, and installed a marca in the form of a marc system purchased through the Internet in advance at the guest room, contact with the victim G (the age of 27) and interview with the victim G (the age of 27). “The hotel room which had been opened in advance for lending to foreign customers is franc use francing.” On September 17, 201, the Defendant was able to see the victim in the manner of dryinging the key of the guest room and taken a harc as a video screen on September 17, 2011 by the victim 03:43, 2011.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation using a camera against the victim's will.

B. On April 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) leased the said F hotel No. 1130; (b) installed a brush in the toilet; and (c) installed a brush in the toilet; and (d) attempted to take the victim’s shower page by having the victim be accommodated in the hotel free of charge if he/she experienced shower products and responded to the questionnaire survey; and (b) tried to take the victim’s shower page as a crush, but did not reach the wind of the brush, and attempted to take the victim’s shower page as a crush.
