A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20 million, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

Defendant

A as a representative who operates the FF in Pakistan, the overall control of the manufacture of firearms; Defendant B, as a senior engineer of the above F, the direction-making service for the manufacture of firearms and the manufacture of parts; Defendant B, as an employee of the F F, the planning of supply of firearms; Defendant C, as a representative of the I who engages in metal processing service at H in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the general control service; the J, as a representative of the I who performs metal processing service; the manufacture of parts as requested by the above I factory; and the quality control service of parts as the above I management director.

B at the above F Office on October 2013, Defendant C and “L”, the representative of the F Office, entered into a contract with Defendant C to supply the said F, by manufacturing 489 parts for the total eight items, consisting of 488 flata, 491 flata, 491 flata, 491 flata, 496 flata, 491 flata 491, 875 flata, 88 parts for the total eight items, and 4,434 parts for the F.

Accordingly, from October 2013 to March 11, 2014, Defendant C ordered the said J to manufacture the said parts at the said I factory, which is a factory without obtaining permission to manufacture guns and explosives, and supplied F with 488 Lerger’s 477 Lerger’s 458 Lerler’s 458 Lerler’s dricker’s 458 Lricker’s dricker’s 284, 113 of the total heat components, following the examination by the said Ker.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with G, J, and K, engaged in the business of manufacturing guns and explosives without obtaining permission for each production facility.
