Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 16, 2019, at around 22:07, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by drinking only on the street in front of C, which was parked at the window B of Changwon-si, and destroying the victim’s property by walking the front front part of the Karen car owned by the victim D, which was parked there.

2. No person who violates Acts on emergency medical services, or who inflicts an injury shall interfere with rescue, transfer, first-aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat or other means;

Nevertheless, at around 23:30 on September 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) while undergoing emergency medical treatment in the G Hospital emergency room F in the Changwon-si, the victim H (n, 25 years of age) who is a nurse at the center of G Hospital would move back to the next invasion; (b) the victim’s face and fingers with his left hand interfered with emergency medical personnel’s rescue, transfer, first aid, or treatment of emergency patients; and (c) at the same time, the victim inflicted injury on the victim, such as impairment of the face and other face that requires two-time medical treatment.
