Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2012, from around 01:35 to 02:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) received from D and E the price of sexual traffic from 2.40,000 won; and (b) assisted sexual traffic by allowing the Defendant to engage in sexual intercourse and similar sexual intercourse with the name of female employees who were employed by the Defendant.
