Punishment of the crime

1. On March 23, 2010, Defendant A received a summary order of a fine of KRW 2.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on March 23, 2010, and three times of criminal records of the same kind.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C Aridi A6 vehicle in accordance with the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act.

On May 27, 2014, around 05:32, the Defendant operated the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.089% (the application of the Bamark formula) at the national highway level of 6th in front of the insect Museum, which is located in the Rocheon-gun, Rocheon-si, the Mancheon-si, and proceeded along two lanes from the Seoul metropolitan side along the two-lane distance.

At the time, there is a duty of care to safely operate the brakes and steering gear by properly operating the brakes and steering gear while keeping the safety distance with the preceding vehicle, since it is an intersection where a signal is installed at night, and it is an intersection where a signal is installed.

B. The Defendant is expected to be punished for an accident while driving a drinking alcohol as above.
