A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant, on April 22, 2016, driven a 3.0 car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.107% from the 1km section of blood alcohol leveling from the 1km road in the south-gu upstream-dong at the port on April 22, 2016 to the Mat-dong in the same sea-dong.
