All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. The gist of the grounds for appeal is that the respective punishment of the lower court (two years of imprisonment, two years of imprisonment, and one year of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. In addition, in full view of various sentencing factors indicated in the records, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, motive and background of the crime, means and consequence of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, etc., the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable, and thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

B. Defendant B, Defendant B, and Defendant against whom all of the instant crimes were recognized, and Defendant was punished once for traffic-related crimes, and there are no other criminal records except for punishment. However, the instant crime is favorable to the Defendant.
