A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a Crocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.145% from the 3km section of approximately 3km to the shooting distance of the art gallery of members of the Sungpo-dong Mapo-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Mapo-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan Agricultural and Fishery Products Market at around 00:35 on August 14, 2017.

A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving) was driven by a vehicle specified in paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.145% at the time of a day specified in paragraph (1), while driving the vehicle at the speed of 0.145%, the Defendant proceeded along one lane among six-lane roads of the Manpo-dong Art Gallery of Sungpo-dong, Sungpo-gu, Sungpo-dong, U.S. and proceeded to turn to the left at an unfurd speed from the front side of the two-way industry.

As above, Defendant 1 driven a vehicle in a state where normal driving of the vehicle is difficult due to influence of drinking, such as using a vehicle with a little strhythm distance and snow shocking, and followed the signal of the vehicle from the center of the center to the water-related industry at the flood of the victim D (26 tax) who continued to drive the vehicle, and received the left-hand part of the victim D (26 tax) driving vehicle as the front part of the Defendant’s driving vehicle, and suffered injury, such as light salt, tension, etc. for about 2 weeks to the victim D, who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle, due to approximately 24 weeks of medical treatment.
