A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2013, at around 19:30, the Defendant driven C-wing Cargo owned by the Defendant’s wife without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 100km in front of the street parking lot in the Dong-dong, Seocheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do, Jincheon-do, Jin-do, Jin-do, and the upper street of the Highway.
