On April 20, 2013, around 15:30 minutes, the Defendant driven a B-wing truck while under the influence of alcohol content 0.206% in front of the “Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun,” and driving a B-wing truck, under the influence of alcohol content 0.206%.
