Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 02:50 on December 11, 2012, the Defendant: (b) opened a key to the 92 key of the victim’s Damba in the Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and (c) stolen the 100,000 won check from the wall, which was located on the back part of the victim’s inside the said Dama or the escape room, by taking advantage of the key to the 92 key of the victim’s Damba and the Domba in the 1st floor.
