Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in Ansan District Court’s Ansan District Court’s mountain support. On January 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Cheongju District Court’s District Court. On October 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court’s District Court and completed the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Prison on April 9, 2016.

Defendant, habitually,

1.
