Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2014, at around 10:40, the Defendant: (a) made cash withdrawals and withdrawals from the victim C within the Korea Exchange Bank of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 15 Oatker Quakker, the first floor of the Korea Exchange Bank; and (b) stolen one copy of 50,000 won of cash on the device, which was locked.
