Punishment of the crime

At around 18:10 on October 13, 2012, the Defendants: (a) driven the F Poter Cargo in front of the E convenience point located in Ansan-si; and (b) Defendant B, upon receiving a report on the occurrence of a traffic accident while boarding the said cargo, was able to verify Defendant A’s personal information, etc. from the an assistant H (39 years of age) and police officer I (31 years of age); (c) Defendant A expressed his desire to read “I will see why I will see why I will do so, why I will see I’s name, why I will do so; and (d) Defendant B expressed his desire to “I will see if I would have influenced I’s bucks” and “I’s head at one time, and walk his head at two times, and I’s head at the same time, and Defendant B will be hbucker’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.”

As a result, the Defendants conspired in collusion with the above police officers to interfere with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning the prevention and investigation of crimes, and at the same time, the victim H with the diversity damage, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim I committed multiple dives that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
