A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 3. 4. On November 5, 2014, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender with the crime of damaging property and the crime of insult, as described in paragraphs (2) and (3), on the road at the spons of the mobile post office around 23:40 on November 5, 2014, and was sent to the E box located in the Southern-gu G at the port of port around that time.
