D. The defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment for 6 months, by a fine of 1,50,00 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:25 on April 19, 201, Defendant A, using a computer at his own house located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for the title “H” (e.g., http://gall.din pos.com) using a computer to “H”, Defendant posted a copy of a photograph containing the face of “I” on a photograph wherein a woman’s chest and her her fel are exposed, along with the content indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).

As a result, the Defendant, through posting on the Internet a photograph of a woman’s body body part, such as a woman’s body part, such as a sound or chest, by posting on the Internet a photograph of a material female artist’s face. As such, the Defendant revealed a false fact openly through an information and communications network, thereby impairing the reputation of the above well-known artist, and distributed obscene materials.

2. At around 20:00 on April 20, 201, Defendant B posted a copy of a photograph of celebratian artist’s face on a photograph exposed to women’s sound to a gallon, using a computer in his own house located at K and 301, which is called “L” by using the aforementioned Internet Drallon’s gallon, as well as posting a copy of a photograph of celebrat’s face on a photograph exposed to women’s sound, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).

As a result, the Defendant revealed publicly false facts through an information and communications network, as he/she took photographs exposed to a woman’s body part, such as a sound or chest, by posting on the Internet a photograph that combines the face of a famous female artist, such as a famous female artist, “M,” “N,” “O, P, Q, and R, etc.
