A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

[2] On July 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a “Del” parking lot located in Chungcheong-gun C around 16:55 on July 22, 2017; (b) opened a front door of the F-wing and cargo vehicle parked without correction by the victim E; and (c) in cash 80,000 won on the wall of the victim who was placed in the above cargo vehicle; and (d) removed from the wall of the victim who was placed in the above cargo vehicle;

In addition, during the period from the above time to January 5, 2018, cash amounting to KRW 1,197,000 was stolen on a total of six occasions, as shown in the list of offenses in the attached Form.
