A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
The seized 1, 10,00 square meters (No. 1) and 1,00 square meters (No. 16) shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 13, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months in Seoul Western District Court for larceny, etc., imprisonment with prison labor for 2 years in Seoul Central District Court on February 19, 2008, and imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court on April 6, 201, and sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 2 years in Chuncheon District Court on April 6, 201, and the execution of the final sentence was completed on August 22, 2012.
1. On February 7, 2013, around 13:30 on February 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked gate and gate; and (b) intruded into the house; and (c) went back to the shoulder in the inside to steals with a view to stealing the object; (d) there was no stolen object; and (e) did not result in attempted crimes.
2. Around 14:00 on February 7, 2013, the Defendant entered the victim F’s house located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Around 14:00, the Defendant shouldered the front glass of the front door, removed the correction device, and intruded into the house. Each one copy of G’s driver’s license and resident registration certificate in the name of Yongsan-gu, the victim’s market price of which is 50,000 won, 11 copies of U.S. currency (10 US dollars), 13 copies of Chinese currency (10 won), 1 copy of 1,000 won, 20,000 won, 1,000 won, 1,000 won, 10,000 won, 10,000 won, and 24,000 won, more than 20,000 won, and 10,000 won, more than 20,000 won, market price.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolens or attempted to steals the victim's property two times.
