Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:30 on July 13, 2018, the Defendant was driving a vehicle in the C SP area without obtaining a driver’s license from the Defendant’s house front of the city located in Busan Island B to the front road in the front of the written intersection located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan.

2. The Defendant was required to present a driver’s license for a motor vehicle by the Busan Jin Police Station D while driving a motor vehicle in the official document as described in Paragraph 1 in front of the written intersection in Paragraph 1 on the road of the temporary intersection specified in Paragraph 1.

The defendant presented F's driver's license under the name of the Commissioner of Busan Local Police Agency, which is an official document in possession, as if the defendant was the driver's license of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant did not present official documents.
