Punishment of the crime

F The actual business owner operating the H Gameland of a size of 165.28 square meters on the 1st floor of the building located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City. Defendant A is a person working for the said game room as the "bow president", Defendant B is a business office for the management of a cater in the above game room, providing guidance to customers, and arranging exchange. Defendant C is a person who induces, exchanges, mediates, and receives fees for the above game room.

Defendants and F conspired, from July 8, 2013 to August 1, 2013, the said H Gameland established 40 units of piracy (HAPY GPY UN PLUS) with 10,000 won in the said game machine, and had unspecified customers find such places receive 20 U.S. days of 10,00 won in the said game machine, and operated the game with a thring (50,000 points), so that they may obtain points assigned pursuant to the 50,000 won (50,000 points), so that they may obtain points assigned pursuant to the 10,000 won (50,000 points) in return for money and valuables acquired through the use of the game by exchanging it with 45,00 won.
