Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A defendant shall be a person other than a narcotics handler, and no person shall smoke, receive, or handle marijuana, etc.
1. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased disposable injection equipment for approximately KRW 500,000,000, which contains approximately 0.21g ( approximately 3 partitions) from a person who was in the name of “D” within a passenger car in CK5 car, which was stopped on the roads near the locking comprehensive sports site located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) from the Defendant’s non-fluor of “D” on a car in CK5 car.
2. The Defendant injected approximately 0.07g of philophones ( approximately 1 column for injection machines) in a single-use injection machine at the time and place identical to paragraph 1, and in a dilution with water, in a way of injection into his arms.
3. On March 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 20.67g of marijuana from 150,000,000,000 from flussium in the market located in the Madsan-Seoul, Chungcheongnam-gu, Maddong, Chungcheongnam-do.
4. On June 22, 2014, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07gh (one square for injection machine) from 306 popon in Chungcheongnam-gun budget-gun, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution with water for injection into his/her arms.
5. The Defendant, as referred to in paragraph 4 at the same date and time, and at a place as referred to in paragraph 3, stored the fire among marijuana purchased, made one of the “mariju tobacco” by inserting the fire, and smoked in such a way that the smoke is cut off.
