Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employee from October 31, 2017 to November 2, 2011 of the same year, who served as an employee in a multilateral bank operated by the victim C.

On November 2, 2017, at around 13:44, the Defendant, on the road located in Pyeongtaek-si D, was in contact with the victim's driver's driving on the road front of Pyeongtaek-si, and in order to solve the problem, the victim was placed in a string vehicle, one gold box in an amount equivalent to 1.2 million won at the market price, which is the victim's possession in the string house, and one gold box in an amount equivalent to one million won at the market price, one gold box in an amount equivalent to one million won at the market price, and one gold sheet in an amount equivalent to two million won at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property equivalent to 6.2 million won, which is the victim's owner.
