1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) Plaintiff B is Plaintiff A’s children, Plaintiff D, and C are Plaintiff A’s parents, Plaintiff E is the Plaintiff’s fault, Plaintiff F is Plaintiff E’s wife. Defendant G is the operator of the J Hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu (hereinafter “Defendant 1 Hospital”), and Defendant Educational Foundation H (hereinafter “Defendant Juristic Person”) is the operator of the K Hospital located in Young-gu, Suwon-si (hereinafter “Defendant 2 Hospital”).

B. The Plaintiff A’s suicide instrument and the Plaintiff A’s treatment process at Defendant 1 Hospital 2010

6. Around 07:18, at around 28:00, after being discovered in a toilet located in a prone district and being dispatched after being reported, Defendant 1 Hospital was sent to the emergency room on the same day by the 119 emergency squad.

2) The medical professionals at Defendant 1 Hospital confirmed that the Plaintiff’s consciousness was mixed and the dynamic death was reduced, and thereafter, they conducted the confirmation of biological vitality, the examination of oxygen stegrology and the heart, and the examination of cardio-stegrosis and the examination of cardio-stegrosis. The Plaintiff 1’s medical professionals at Defendant 1 Hospital’s hospital conducted first aid, such as institution insertion, stegra deel stepia, and so on. (3) The Plaintiff 1 hospital’s medical professionals recovered first aid after the first aid, but the Plaintiff continued a mixed food situation in which communication or instruction was entirely impossible due to low stegic brain damage.

4) On July 6, 2010, while the progress observation with the Plaintiff was continued, the medical professionals at Defendant 1 Hospital confirmed that at around 07:30 on July 6, 2010, the Plaintiff’s front her was scaming, and confirmed that the above scam was scaming around 08:30 on the same day and around 09:40 on the same day, the above scam-ray test was conducted at around 10:00 on the same day, and confirmed that the above scam was insufficient to the right side of the Plaintiff A. 5) Defendant 1’s medical professionals at Defendant 1 hospital failed to remove the scam being scaming as above with the engine diameter around 18:10 on July 7, 2010, but failed to remove the scambling as above on July 30, 2010.
