1) 2014. 1. 13. 20:00경 위 ‘D’ 마사지를 찾은 성명불상의 남자 손님으로부터 화대금으로 13만원을 받고 위 E가 위 손님의 성기를 입으로 핥고 손으로 문질러 사정케 하는 방법으로 성매매를 알선 하였다. 2) 2014. 1. 13. 21:30경 위 ‘D’ 마사지를 찾은 건 외 F에게 화대금으로 8만원을 내면 위 G으로 하여금 손으로 성기를 문질러 사정까지 하게 해주고, 13만원을 내면 위 G과 성교를 할 수 있다고 중개하여 위 F가 13만원에 성교까지 하겠다고 하며 일만원권으로 13만원을 건네주자 위 F를 동소 안쪽에 위치한 객실로 안내한 후 위 G을 들여보내 대면케 하여 성매매를 하도록 알선 하였다.
