Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Public Official Election Act due to interference with the freedom of election from April 18, 2017 to April 18:53 of the same day, from around 17:53 to 18:58 of the same day, issued a false broadcast without any grounds against many unspecified voters who want to be elected, and interfere with the freedom of election of the said President by spreading a false broadcast to the effect that it interfered with the freedom of election of the said President by interfering with the freedom of election and other unlawful means by interfering with the freedom of election of the said President, by spreadinging the fact that he/she manipulates the ballot counting without any grounds against all unspecified voters who want to vote, and by interfering with the freedom of election of the said President, by interfering with the freedom of election of the said President.
2. On April 18, 2017, from around 17:53 to 18:58 the same day, Defendant violated the Public Official Election Act due to the publication of false facts, published false facts as to E candidates for the purpose of preventing election, as recorded in the list of crimes attached to the attached crimes, for the purpose of prohibiting election, as recorded in the list of crimes in the list of crimes in the attached crimes, through “The 18th presidential election was organized by E and F, which had a ballot counting program in the United States.”
