Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.096% from blood alcohol level around 19:55, the Defendant driven a 100-meter alcohol level of the Defendant’s B eco-car from the mutual unfluened Schlage in the Yellow Sea in the Yasan-si, Yasan-si.
