1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant Republic of Korea shall be dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On November 30, 1934, the net C entered into a trust management contract with the beneficiary of trust interest with respect to the D 447 square meters in close response, under which the beneficiary of trust principal was the beneficiary of the network E, network F, network G, network H, network I, and trust period from November 30, 1934 to November 29, 194, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the shipbuilding Trust Co., Ltd. on the ground of the above trust contract on May 14, 1935. On June 22, 1935, the trust principal beneficiary was changed to the trust name E, net F, network G3, network G3, and trust period from November 30, 1934 to November 29, 195 (hereinafter “the trust agreement”). The trust agreement was changed to the trust name of this case after completion of the trust agreement.
B. After that, on February 1948, the network F and the network G transferred the right to benefit under the above trust agreement to the network E, and the network E became the beneficiary of the trust principal independently, and on November 11, 1980, the network E re-transfered the above right to benefit to the Plaintiff.
C. On June 30, 1955, B 50 square meters (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) was divided into D 447 square meters in P Yangyang-si. D.
The shipbuilding trust was merged with the Light Bank Co., Ltd. on October 29, 1946; the Korea Trust Bank on April 25, 1950; the Korea Trust Bank on October 1, 1954; the Korea Bank on January 1, 1960; and the Korea Bank on January 6, 1999; and the Korea Light Bank was merged with the Korea Light Bank on January 6, 199; and the Korea Light Bank was converted into the Defendant Woori Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Bank”) on May 20, 200, thereby comprehensively succeeding the rights and obligations of the shipbuilding trust to the Defendant Bank in succession.
E. Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant real estate due to the reversion of rights by the Changwon District Court No. 33287, Sept. 22, 1995, received on September 22, 1995.
