Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2016, the Defendant is a driver of BM7 vehicle volume, and the Defendant is driving a vehicle at a distance of approximately 500 meters from the front of the Kmadi Hospital located in the same Nowon-gu Seoul Northern-dong while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.106% during blood transfusion at around 22:30 on April 18, 2016.
