A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2015, the Defendant, at around 01:26, driven a motor vehicle with a alcohol content of at least 0.065% of alcohol in blood while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 100 meters from a section of approximately 100 meters to the front of the atomic distance in the same Dong located in the Nowon-gu, Daegu Nowon-gu, Daegu (M) Hospital.

2. On May 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) signed a private signature and carried out the investigation; (b) on May 29, 2015, 01:36, the Defendant: (c) controlled a traffic safety direction slope C of the traffic safety division of the North Korean Police Station located in Daegu Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, by drinking alcohol; and (d) was the resident registration number of the aforementioned D when he/she took the place as if he/she was friendly D; and (c) without authority, signed a written inquiry about the control of drinking driving and the driver’s statement report prepared by the police officer, without authority, on the driver’s sexual name column of the driver’s statement report prepared by the police officer; and (d) exercised it by presenting it as if the signature was duly completed to the traffic slope C with no knowledge of the forgery.

On May 18, 2015, the Defendant driven a B-hurd vehicle with a alcohol concentration of about 0.106% from the 3km section of blood, while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.106% from the 3km to the 194 Gyeong-gu Gyeong-gu Gyeong-gu Gyeong-gu Gyeong-gu Gyeong-gu Gyeong-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu 194, as the center of Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu.
